URKISEAL 3000

POLYURETHANE FOR JOINTS

1K polyurethane putty that repairs quickly by reacting with air humidity. It has good anticorrosive power and acts as an anti-vibratory. Good resistance to water, seawater, weakly diluted acids and bases, lubricants and oils. It is used in automotive, ventilation, air conditioning, containers, cold rooms, trailer, shipbuilding, railways, metalwork, construction and maintenance domains in general.

It can be left uncoated. In case of repainting it, sand previously once it has been dried. Do not repaint with synthetics.

POLYURETHANE FOR CAR WINDOWS

1K polyurethane putty that repairs quickly by reacting with air humidity to form an elastomer with high mechanical properties. It is particularly suitable for the rapid replacement of glass, so that a vehicle is available within 3 hours in conditions of 23 °C and 50% RH. The availability time increases for lower temperatures and humidity.

PRIMER FOR CAR WINDOWS

Black primer that turns into a hard, opaque film when it dries. It enables the adhesion of polyurethane sealants and can be used on different substrates: glass, aluminium, concrete, wood and plastic.

It can also be used as a barrier between the sealant and the paint to prevent migration of plasticisers.

PROTEC BRUSH

BRUSH SEALANT

Single-component, snap-on, repaintable, thixotropic-looking, satiny elastic sealant. Useful for sealing new or old welded edges, joints and similar in the automotive, construction and metal industry, containers, ventilation systems and machinery in general.

PROTEC BRUSH remains permanently flexible after drying and therefore counteracts vibrations on moving sealed parts.
