This SHOP-PRIMER dries very quickly, and presents anti-corrosive and adhesion qualities on steel, aluminium, stainless steel and zinc coatings. Workshop primer or adhesion promoter in epoxy and polyurethane processes.

Because of its quick-drying and repainting qualities and the possibility to cover with BESA polyester putty range or BESA-ROC, is a must for repainting car bodies (zinc-coated platework) and for those jobs that need to be done rapidly.

Resistances are obtained on Niebla Salina until 350 h. when is recovered by finishing PUR.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Sand-blasting degree Sa 2,5 is recommended. If it is not possible, deoxidize and degresase manually.
Do not use in temperatures below 10 °C and relative humidity above 75 %.
It may be repainted after 30 min. with BESA Polyester putty range or BESA-ROC, BESA-CAR (Car Refinish) with Top-Coats such as URKI-POX, URKI-NATO, BESA-GLASS, etc. Leave to dry for a least 1 hour before repainting to obtain a higher gloss.

STORAGE

Keep under cover in a cool and well-ventilated place avoiding direct sunlight. Temperatures between 5 and 30 °C recommended.
Can life: 2 years from manufacturing in date its original unopened container. Consult our Technical Department once date has expired.
